· Exact time of your arrival (if possible), including flight details
· Exact time of your departure
· Whether or not you require a transfer to the apartment
· Number of people/couples to be housed
· If you have already chosen your rental apartments, please provide the offer numbers in order of preference

Following swift verification of all the details, our agent will contact you promtly to inform you regarding the availability of the real estate property of your choice. Subsequently you may secure the reservation by placing a deposit.
Check-in/out service and transfer direct to your apartment for rent
Only in exceptional cases you would need to visit our office on the day of your arrival to Chisinau. Otherwise you will be given the keys for a direct access to the apartment or house for rent by our agent.
If you request a transfer from the airport or railway station to the rented apartment our driver will meet you at the airport or railway station with the sign “Rental.md” on the paper and will drive you directly to the apartment.
It is very convenient and easily accessible after a long trip to Moldova!
If you decided to make a reservation for accommodation in Chisinau in one of our luxury apartments or houses for rent you would need to know the following information:
Check-in time is 15:00 p.m, check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
If you arrive in Chisinau before the check-in hours or you want to have the access to the let apartment, discuss with the agent if it is possible for early check-in. If the apartment is free and cleaned we will accept. The same is for check-out. If the apartment is available for late check out we will accept it with no problem.
In the case when you want to check-in/out during extra-working hours you should take transfer from/to the apartment or house for rent with the agency car (see below the price), that will include the check-in/out service done by our driver.

Rentals Conditions
Your stay can be as long or as short as you wish but always in accordance with our Rentals Conditions.
A summary of which are presented below.
Minimum stay in our apartments and houses for short-term rent is 2 nights.
We accept payment in cash during check-in procedure and give you a bill. The balance of the stay must be paid on the day of arrival.
Extension: please note that any extension of the stay CANNOT be guaranteed, especially during peak periods. However, even if the apartment or house is booked after your stay, our real estate agency will endeavour to offer you other suitable accommodation.
The tenant is fully responsible for any damage to the rented apartment or house and resulting costs, caused by his/her fault or negligence.
The deposit amount for reservation
For your own convenience it is advisable to make your reservation or the apartment or house for rent in the center of Chisinau prior to your arrival in Chisinau.
However, we will do our best to accommodate you in case of a last minute call! Reservations for Chisinau short-term rental can be made by e-mail or phone.
A tenant deposit is always requested. We will take a deposit in order to secure the booking and use as a bond in the event of any damage to the apartment.
The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or modification of the rental agreement.
When you check out, our agent will inspect the apartment to verify that it is in its original condition and your deposit will then be reimbursed.
The rates for short-term rental of our apartments and houses include:
· All taxes
· Housekeeping once a week (every 5-7 days) and at the end of the stay
· Check-in/out from the apartment
· Electricity, water and gas
· Local fixed-line communications
Rates do not include:
Extra services on request:
· Extra housekeeping of the apartment or house
· Internet connection in the rented real estate property
· Car rental (with driver)
In case of cancellation or modification:
Should you cancel before arrival: whatever the reason for the cancellation and whenever it is notified, no refund will be given of the amount paid to secure the booking. Changes of arrival date can be considered as a cancellation. In such an event, please discuss with the real estate agent as early as possible.
Should you cancel during your stay: in the case of anticipated early departure, whatever the reason for the cancellation and whenever it is notified, no refund will be given of the rent paid. Please note that the rental rate is calculated taking into account the length of your stay.
Force Majeur
There are cases sometimes when different kind of breakdowns takes place in the apartments and houses for short term rent: hot/cold water is missing, electricity is missing, and maintenance works or some unpredictable problems after then last client. If such cases appear on the day of your arrival and we cannot fix them before your arrival, we remain the right to change you the apartment by another of the same class, same price range as close to the let apartment as possible of course.
For stays of 1 month and more, special departure conditions may be applicable upon particular, prior agreement.
